Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data BuildOur AI ("we", "us"), a brand of Grateful World Ventures (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN 07AAJCG9243K1Z5), collects when you use the free tools on tools.buildour.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we do not collect
Everything you type inside a tool (your company details, your customers, items, rates and quotations) stays in your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to us. If you clear your browser data, it is deleted.
3. Why we use your data
- To give you access to the tools.
- To send you updates, tool improvements, and invitations to our workshops, seminars and programs on WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email.
- To understand which tools and content are useful, and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
We use your name, number, email and business details to give you access to the tools, which you request by filling the form. We send you updates and invitations only if you tick the optional box on the form. If you leave it unticked, we do not send you marketing messages.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the tools, under their own security terms:
- Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Google (Google Sheets), Pabbly (automation).
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), to measure visits and form submissions and to build advertising audiences.
We may disclose data if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, and in any case not longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you, and get it corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or write to us. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
- Complain to our Grievance Officer (below) and, if not resolved, to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to count visits and form submissions and to show relevant ads. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to our team and the service providers above.
9. Children
The tools are meant for business owners and are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
